Snap FAQ's

1. How does it work?

Our process starts with an in-depth intake to understand your needs, followed by our unique hiring process. Once we’ve identified your top candidates, we guide you through the final decision. Learn more about our process here.

2. What if my assistant doesn’t work out?

We aim for long-term matches but understand that circumstances can change. We offer a 30-day trial period during which we’ll find a replacement if needed. After 30 days, a full replacement fee applies. Alongside this, we have a painstakingly thorough hiring process designed specifically to make the right choice the first time with no guesswork.

3. How long should I expect this to take?

Typically, the process involves a form, a couple of calls, and about 3-6 weeks to find the right assistant.

4. What’s included in the Snap fee?

Our fee covers the intake process, candidate search, job posting fees, and resources for onboarding, training, and management.
