Our process begins with a comprehensive intake to pinpoint exactly how an assistant can best support you. We’ll help you define their role, determine a fair hourly rate, and establish the weekly hours needed.

Next, we embark on our proven 3-legged hiring process to find candidates who are just the right fit for you. Once we’ve narrowed it down to the top 2-3 candidates, we assist you in making the final choice.

Snap Pricing

Our pricing model is designed with your success in mind. That’s why we blend a flat rate model with a contingency fee. 

We start with a $500 upfront fee to kick off our collaboration. The remaining fee, which is 20% of the assistant’s first-year income, is only due once we’ve found your perfect match.
